Abstract

The aim of this work is to describe the legal proyects of dangerousness that were presented at the National Congress in 1924, 1926 and 1928 and published in the Review of Criminology, Psychiatry and Legal Medicine between 1927 and 1934, while it was directed by Osvaldo Loudet. By dangerousness we understand those behaviors that appeared potentially harmful to society without being strictly crimes. For these purpose we will present the Review of Criminology, who wrote, which were the sections and the types of discourses that appeared. Afterwards, we will study the three legal proyects of dangerousness.
