Abstract

In the context of the general theme that inspires these conferences "The constitutional changes of the 20th century and the future of the Constitution in the 21st century", it is very clear that the issue of nullity of public law, as well as the jurisdiction of ordinary courts of justice to hear contentious-administrative claims, are issues that have accompanied the evolution of our constitutional texts throughout the 20th century and, without hesitation, will continue to be present in the course of the coming century.
