Law 20.940 established a private conflict vision of the minimum services and the emergency equipment, moving away of the traditional purposes of this institution, and assumed an eminently private conflict vision, which distances it from its traditional purposes associated with the protection of trascendental rights of the comunity. This situation will have repercussions on the performance of the Labor Directorate and the role of the chilean courts of justice.
